1800年代の詩人 Walt Whitman（ウォルト・ホイットマン）に影響を受けた歌詞で、映画“Dead Poets Society『いまを生きる』”にも出てきた“Carpe Diem”（「今を生きろ」）というメッセージが歌われている。なお、曲作りはスティーヴン・キングの小説“The Dark Tower V: Wolves of the Calla 『ダーク・タワー V　―カーラの狼― 』”にインスパイアされている（詞とは無関連）。
